Terms of service.

Last updated: October 3, 2026. The rules for buying and using Groowly's social media services.

These terms apply to every purchase made on groowly.com. Groowly is a brand of Moonshot Marketing Agency LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, USA, with address at 1865 South Ocean Drive, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009, USA ("Groowly", "we").

Customer support: email hello@groowly.com or use the chat on our website. Office in Spain: Hermosilla 65, 28001 Madrid. We reply within 1 business day (Monday to Friday). For billing questions, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank: we solve most issues the same day.

1. Our services

We plan, write, design and schedule social media content according to the package you choose (Social Media Killer, Ultra or PRO). Each package covers 30 days of content and the deliverables listed on the packages page at the time of purchase. We also offer a free 15-minute discovery call and a paid 60-minute strategy consultation (see section 8).

2. Prices and billing

  • All prices are in US dollars (USD) and shown per month. Any sales tax or VAT that applies is shown at checkout before you pay.
  • You can pay monthly, every 3 months (10% off) or every 6 months (15% off). Plans renew automatically at the end of each period, at the same price, until you cancel. Your card is charged on the renewal date.
  • You get a receipt by email for every payment.

3. Payment security

Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider, over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Apple Pay. We never see or store your full card details.

4. Cancellation

  • You can cancel at any time from your account (Account › Billing) or by emailing hello@groowly.com. We confirm every cancellation by email.
  • Cancellation stops the next renewal. The current paid period continues until its end and is not refunded pro rata.
  • For 3 and 6-month plans, cancelling stops the plan from renewing at the end of the paid period.
  • To move up or down a package, tell us before your next billing date and we switch it from then.

5. Delivery and your input

  • Our services are delivered online: there is nothing to ship. Content is delivered through your client area and by email.
  • Delivery starts once you complete the requirements form: 10 days for Killer, 14 days for Ultra and PRO.
  • Delays caused by missing information, assets or approvals on your side extend the delivery date.
  • Revisions are unlimited within the scope of your package and the 30-day content period.
  • Replying to comments or direct messages is not included unless agreed in writing.

6. Refunds

  • Before work starts: if you cancel within 7 days of paying and before you send the requirements form, we refund the payment in full.
  • If we don't deliver: if we cannot deliver the content of a paid period on time (apart from delays caused on your side), we refund that period in full.
  • Delivered work is not refundable, but we revise it until it fits your brand within the package scope.
  • Renewals: if a renewal was charged after you asked to cancel, we refund it in full.
  • How to ask: email hello@groowly.com with your order email. We answer within 1 business day; approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually arrive in 5 to 10 business days.
  • Consumers in the EU and UK keep any withdrawal rights the law grants them; by asking us to start work within 14 days you accept that the right ends once the service has been fully performed.

7. Promotions and referrals

  • October 2026 offer: 5% off the first month of any monthly plan bought between October 1 and October 31, 2026 (23:59 Madrid time). The discount is applied automatically at checkout, applies once per customer and only to the first monthly payment; later months are charged at the regular price. It does not apply to 3 or 6-month plans, which already include their own discount.
  • Referrals: when a brand you refer subscribes, they get 10% off their first month and you get 10% off your next month. The referral discount does not combine with other first-month offers.
  • Promotional discounts apply only as described and only to the period stated. Offers do not combine unless stated, have no cash value and may end early if a promotion is withdrawn; purchases already made keep their discount.

8. Calls and consultations

  • The discovery call (15 minutes) is free. The strategy consultation (60 minutes, $60 USD) is paid when you book. Both take place on Google Meet; the link is in your confirmation email.
  • You can reschedule or cancel from the link in your confirmation email up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start, or not showing up, are not refunded. If we have to cancel, we refund you in full or rebook at a time that suits you.

9. Who can use our services

  • Our services are for businesses and professionals. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.
  • We do not create content for illegal products or services, adult content, gambling, weapons, tobacco or vaping, unlicensed financial or medical claims, or anything that breaks the rules of the social platforms. We may refuse or end an order that falls into these categories and refund any unused period.
  • We cannot provide services to people or companies subject to US sanctions or located in countries under comprehensive US embargo.

10. Content and intellectual property

Once paid, you own the final content we deliver for your brand and may use it without limits. You confirm that the logos, images and information you send us are yours or that you have permission to use them. We use licensed stock images and fonts where needed. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

11. Results

We work to grow your engagement and audience, but we cannot guarantee specific results such as followers, reach or sales, which depend on factors outside our control (platform algorithms, budget, market).

12. Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the period in which it arose. We are not liable for indirect losses, account suspensions by social platforms or third-party service outages.

13. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version shown when you buy applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
