You earn based on the content you produce, measured in Story Points (SP). With 5,200+ brands served, there's always a steady stream of work, for writers and designers alike.

Projects range from a 12-post package to hundreds of posts within a single project. For social content, one post equals one Story Point, so a 20-post project earns you 20 SP. Every other task gets an SP value based on its effort compared to a single post, and along the way you'll unlock more ways to earn.
Whatever you create, your earnings are the total Story Points you accumulate. It keeps compensation fair for everyone, regardless of the specific task.
