Moonshot Marketing Agency LLC, which operates the Groowly brand (1865 South Ocean Drive, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009, USA), is the data controller for groowly.com. For any privacy question or request, write to hello@groowly.com.
1. Data we collect
- Orders: your name, email and billing details. Payments are handled by Stripe; we receive payment confirmations, never full card numbers.
- Client area: your account (email, name, password or Google sign-in), the requirements and brand assets you send, messages, comments and files exchanged with the team.
- Website chat: the messages you write and, if you give them, your name and email.
- Bookings: name, email and answers you give when booking a call through Calendly.
- Forms: the email and Instagram handle you send for a free audit, and the details you share when referring a brand.
- Usage data: statistics about visits and ad performance (Google Analytics and Meta Pixel). Without your consent, Google Analytics only receives anonymous signals without cookies, used to estimate visit counts.
2. Why we use it
- To deliver the services you buy and talk to you about them (contract).
- To send the free audit or handle a referral you asked for (consent).
- To measure and improve our website and ads, only with your consent (consent).
- To keep invoices and records required by law (legal obligation).
Sign in with Google
If you choose "Continue with Google" to log in to the Groowly client area, Google shares with us only your name, email address and profile picture. We use them for one thing: to create your account and let you log in. We don't ask for access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data, we don't use Google user data for advertising, we don't sell it, and we don't use it to train AI models. Google user data is handled according to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You can remove Groowly's access at any time in your Google Account and ask us to delete your account by writing to hello@groowly.com.
3. Cookies
Some small items are stored in your browser because the site needs them to work: your language, whether you closed the offer bar or the language tip, your website chat conversation and, if you log in, your client-area session. These don't need your consent and don't track you on other sites. Analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics and Meta Pixel) are stored only after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner; if you say no, the site works the same. Until you accept, we use Google's consent mode: Google Analytics receives anonymous, cookieless signals (no identifiers stored on your device) so we can estimate how many people visit, and Meta Pixel does not load at all. You can change your choice anytime with "Cookie settings" in the footer. Calendly sets its own cookies when you open the booking calendar, and Stripe does on its payment page.
4. Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run Groowly: Stripe (payments), Supabase (client area, website chat and file storage), Resend (transactional emails), Calendly (bookings), Google (Workspace email and Analytics, cookieless unless you consent), Meta (ads measurement, with your consent) and SiteGround (website hosting). Some are based outside the EU; they work under Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards. We never sell your data.
5. How long we keep it
Client data: while you are a client and up to 5 years after, for legal and tax reasons. Audit and referral requests: up to 12 months. Analytics data: up to 14 months.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, or object to its use, by emailing hello@groowly.com. If you live in the EU or UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).
