2. Purpose of the website
groowly.com presents Groowly's social media management and content creation services, lets you buy monthly packages, book calls and use the client area to follow your orders. Purchases are governed by our Terms of service.
3. Use of the website
By browsing groowly.com you agree to use it lawfully and in good faith. You may not use it to send unlawful or harmful content, try to access other people's accounts or data, interfere with how the site works, or copy its content for commercial use without our permission.
4. Intellectual property
The Groowly name and logo, the design of this website, its texts, images and code belong to Moonshot Marketing Agency LLC or are used with permission. Client brands, logos and work samples shown on the site belong to their owners and appear with their permission. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use them. Rights over the content we create for clients are set out in our Terms of service.
5. Liability
We work to keep the information on this site accurate and the site available, but we can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for damage caused by viruses or by third parties' misuse of the site, nor for the content of external websites linked from it. Figures such as brand counts, ratings and order data describe our past work and are not a promise of specific results.
6. Links to other websites
The site links to third-party services such as Stripe, Calendly, Fiverr, Behance and social networks. Each has its own terms and privacy policy, and we don't control their content.
7. Personal data and cookies
How we collect and use personal data, and how cookies work on this site, is explained in our Privacy policy. Analytics and advertising cookies load only if you accept them, and you can change your choice anytime from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page (see Cookies).
